This is my way of sharing the day to day cooking which inspires me. I work with antiques and food, I teach, and I write. My passion for healthy, beautiful, local foods makes my kitchen one of my favorite places to be. You will not find many dairy products here because 4 years ago I became suddenly lactose intolerant. This change caused me to be more mindful of the foods I put in my body. Happily for me I love my plant-centric kitchen, and it makes me feel the best.
